Fundraising on the Federal & State Level

  • Work closely with the candidate, Member of Congress, campaign manager or Chief of Staff to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan that will enable the campaign to meet and exceed its financial goals.
  • Identify individuals to serve on a finance committee to help plan and host fundraising events and recruit other host committee members.
  • Develop an executable action-plan, schedule and goals for fundraising and meet and greet events.
  • Leverage political relationships to proactively identify potential fundraising opportunities.
  • Manage and plan all aspects of fundraising events including site selection, host committee recruitment, invitation theme, program design, and overall execution of event.
  • Actively work with Political Action Committees (PAC), Associations, lobbyists, law firms and other affiliated groups to solicit funding.

Event Planning

  • Conduct initial consultation to determine the goals, budget and parameters of the proposed event.
  • Work closely with client and staff to cultivate and secure additional corporate and business hosts and sponsorships.
  • Draft a detailed plan of action and scenario including date, time, location selection, invitation and theme.
  • Provide on site management of all event components including decorations, catering, staffing, program, sound and entertainment, seating and any additional specific vendor requirements.
  • Manage all requisite follow up.
